Light & Medium Roast
Strictly Hard Bean (SHB)—the highest grade of Guatemala coffee—from Finca Dos Marias in northwestern Guatemala. Balanced and quietly complete. Sweet and gentle acidy; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Dark chocolate, caramel and, particularly as the cup cools, an orangey, raisiny fruit flavor. The chocolate carries into a rich, sweet-toned finish.
