Morgan Jones Trio, every Monday morning from 9am to 10am. While Morgan's trio performances are typically jazz, he incorporates a variety of other styles and showcases local professional musicians throughout the year in addition to his trio.

The Coffee Shop Jazz Trio, led by the legendary Matt Politano, presents modern jazz every Tuesday morning, starting at 8:30 a.m. at Jones Coffee Roasters in Pasadena. Early guest arrival is highly recommended to reserve seating.

Jenny & The Jazz Birds

The homegrown South Pasadena musicians' group is known for their classic jazz sound and musical flare. With over 5 years of experience performing at Jones Coffee Roasters on Raymond Avenue in Pasadena, this jazz group is beloved by the community and visiting guests. Guest musicians from both South Pasadena and the wider Pasadena area have also participated with the group.

Jullanar Gamboa is known for her high-quality vocal talent and soothing sound. Alongside the impeccable guitar playing of Andy Brems, Gamboa's performance exhibits a wide variety of vocal jazz music infused with both blues and scat singing. This performance is not to be missed, producing a sensation of being among contemporary greats while experiencing historically notable jazz vocal music.

The Gold Line Jazz Collective

The Gold Line Jazz Collective is led by the talented pianist Hank Mehren, who is well-known locally for his incredible musical abilities. This jazz collective expands and contracts throughout the year, integrating local talent from South Pasadena, Pasadena, and the greater Los Angeles area. The core group consists of piano, guitar, upright bass, and drums, creating an uplifting and eclectic performance that guests are sure to enjoy.

Strada Swing

Strada Swing is a jazz band with a French twist. Led by vocalist Isabel Smith and accordionist Frank Petrilli, they skillfully blend jazz standards, French gypsy jazz, and enchanting French café melodies, taking you on a captivating musical journey to Paris. Catch them performing at Jones Coffee Roasters in South Pasadena on Mission Street, in the charming patio area. The group is a fantastic addition to our music program, and we are thrilled to present them to the South Pasadena community. Their performance is of the highest quality, transporting you to the romantic city of Paris with cheerful vocal melodies infused with the captivating rhythm of French gypsy jazz. Additionally, they will feature some wonderful special guest musicians!

Stanley Oropesa

Accordion enthusiast, artist, and performer Stanley Oropesa, a local Pasadena gentleman, is a resident accordionist at Jones Coffee Roasters on Raymond Avenue. He plays a variety of genres and styles, including classical accordion (Bach, Chopin, Handel, and the like), original compositions, Irish music, ragtime, pop, and film scores. His performances are sure to be a fun experience for both friends and family to enjoy.
