Blend of Sumatra and Guatemala coffees. Floral and leafy fragrances with a dark stone fruit flavor and a subtle nose of anise, caramel and toasted almonds. Round, deep, silky, full body; well-balanced and sweet with refreshing acidity. Chocolaty and spicy with notes of butterscotch, dark cherry, vanilla and mocha in the finish.
This blend is dedicated to Patty's House. Their mission is to serve low-income women who are fighting gynecologic cancers. To provide a place for healing after or during treatment and to assist with financials pertaining to medical needs.
Jaime Nappi, who founded Patty’s House along with her husband Paul Nappi in 2014, learned firsthand how cancer affects a family after her mother Patty was diagnosed with stage IV ovarian cancer. Her mother’s passing left Jaime with a fierce desire to help the courageous women for whom medical bills add yet another layer of stress and worry to an already difficult season. Even those with insurance often struggle to obtain quality in-home nursing care or reliable transportation to and from medical appointments. By providing financial assistance and a place of refuge for women fighting cancer, we can help ease the burden of those fighting this disease.
